Our Transport division continues to grow to meet customer demand for domestic and international freight needs. This Account Manager position is an opportunity to be an integral part of our team and business! Your performance will be measured by consistent prospecting, closing new business, and growing existing relationships through an unmatched level of service. You will help solve the supply chain challenges that customers face every day by leveraging decades of industry experience with excellent customer service.

What We Are Looking For:

• Transportation/Logistics experience, Sales experience, and/or bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary – We believe in hard work & hustle!!
• Strong verbal & written communication skills with a service-centric mindset
• Empathetic to customer needs with the ability to translate those needs into solutions that deliver value

Job Duties:

• Acquire net new customer accounts
• Build, maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Rate lanes & bids provided by customers
• Meet monthly sales goals and load counts (provided monthly)
• Work with Sales Manager / Team on Leads, Ideas and Feedback
• Hours required: Monday – Friday. Daily starting time is at or before 7:00 am to 4:30 pm
